Collectors - SIGN ON BONUS: Space Coast Credit Union

Our collectors interact with members of the credit union ONLY. There are NO third party collections. The skill sets we are looking for are the ability to listen for need, to negotiate a workable solution and to close the deal and get a payment. The main focus of the job is to make telephone contact with credit union members, communicate a sense of urgency, and negotiate arrangements to bring loans current.

The successful candidate will be well organized, enjoy communicating with individuals over the phone, have prior experience as a collector, in a sales role, as a customer service representative, a Call Center representative, or in phone sales.

Requirements

Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to negotiate and overcome objections

Proficient with Microsoft Office 2000

Education:

High School or equivalent

Compensation Package:

We offer a very competitive base pay, plus an opportunity to earn variable pay based on meeting individual performance goals.

$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS (Upon successful completion of 90 days of employment)
