Location and team

KEMA Inc.'s Sustainable Market Strategies Group in Oakland, California is seeking talented telephone recruiters for recruiting and scheduling off site visits for numerous energy efficiency studies. Other office duties will be required as well such as survey processing and clerical work.

This person will be responsible for recruiting and scheduling off-site visits for numerous energy efficiency studies in residential, commerical and industrial buildings for rebate evaluation studies. Comfort with scheduling many site visits and coordinating with the field technicians is important. Must be comfortable with speaking on the phone with participants for up to 6 hours at a time. There is a high probability that the candidate could work on concurrent and future studies.

What we're asking:

• We are looking for a person who speaks English very well and another person who speaks English/Spanish very clearly and concisely.
• Applicants should be personable, have excellent attention to detail and follow through skills.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Experience with Excel and some experience with Access database software helpful.
• Comfortable talking to a wide variety of people.
• College degree preferred.

Researchers may have other peripheral evaluation study work; data entry, surveys, administrative work, etc.

What we're offering

This is a casual/temporary position without benefits but with potential for permanent employment. Hours are up to 40 hours per week but not guaranteed.
