Winston Financial Services (www.winstonfinancial.com) a leading national enrollment firm, is seeking extremely motivated and experienced licensed Life and Health Benefit Counselors.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for sales professionals that will manage enrollments, to work out of our high end New York City- SoHo based contact center. Your role will be to consult with and help our clients enroll in the appropriate insurance benefits that are available to them. This is a SALES position that will require you to professionally articulate how the insurance benefits work and to intelligently provide the right solution that meets the needs of the individual and their family. We are a technology centric contact center where the entire application process is electronic and telephone based.

We are seeking licensed insurance professionals who can articulately detail and sell enrollments in the following types of voluntary benefit products:

  • Universal Life

  • Critical Illness

  • Short Term Disability

  • Cancer Insurance

  • Accident Insurance

We have incoming telephone traffic that you will be responsible to sell to as well, there will be client lists that must be called on an outbound basis. We will provide you with abundant training and guidance. You will be given the best tools in the industry to work with. This is a career opportunity not a part time job. Please do not apply for this position unless you are willing to travel to New York City daily.


What is required:

  • Health and Life insurance licensed

  • Professional telesales experience preferred

  • Previous benefit sales experience A PLUS!

  • Must handle a high volume of inbound calls and outbound calls, daily

  • Must be able to help clients make the right decision

  • Must be well spoken, bi-lingual A PLUS!

  • Positive energy/team player

  • Analytical thinker and speaker, you must be comfortable in explaining detailed information to prospective customers

  • Desire to make a difference in peoples lives

  • You must be driven for success

  • Must have good computer skills.
