Hospital Director of Finance

Nearterm Corporation, a privately-held Texas corporation established to provide nationwide search and selection consultation exclusively to the Healthcare industry currently has an opportunity for a Hospital Director of Finance.

Responsibilities Include:

· Direct the overall Financial Operations with includes: Accounting, Finance, Payroll, General Ledger, and Journal Entry Departments

· Supervise a staff of 6 FTEs

· Assist with Budgets

· Month-end closing, financial statements, forecasting and financial planning

Requirements

Must have 5-7 years experience in Hospital Accounting

· Bachelors of Science (BS) Bachelors of Art (BA) in Accounting or Finance

· Certified Professional Accountant (CPA)

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Multi-System experience is a PLUS!

· Problem solving skills necessary to effectively deal with delicate/complex situations as well as develop and implement new finance system, techniques and procedures.

· Hospital Accounting, Finance, Public Accounting and Auditing are KEY!
