Mental Health Case Manager: District 19 CSB

District 19 Community Services Board in Emporia is seeking a Case Manager to provide clinical case management services to adults in our MH/SA clinic located in Emporia. Essential job duties of this position include: clinical case management and outreach services to include the SMI and SED populations, and crisis intervention services.

Successful applicant must: meet Qualified Mental Health Case Manager certification requirements and experience in clinical record documentation per Medicaid regulations; have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in human services); demonstrated experience in providing services to the seriously mentally ill; have a valid VA Driver’s License with acceptable driving record (or in State of residence); proficiency with personal computers. Crisis intervention experience and knowledge of community resources preferred.
