We're growing our Southern sales group and are seeking competitive, motivated individuals to join our strong and experienced sales team. You'll be prospecting and developing our Florida territory by selling directly to end-users in commercial, non-profit, education, and state and local accounts. You'll sell a technologically advanced solution with a great ROI and the smallest footprint in the industry. You'll work the entire sales pipeline from prospecting for new business to cold calling to getting client meetings to closing business. Together, we can be a success.

Experience:
We are seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:
- At least four years experience selling IT solutions (hardware or software) in a hunter role;
- A history of exceeding sales targets;
- Knowledge of key accounts and contacts, including major end-users;
- The ability to develop a strong prospect list, build a pipeline of opportunities and close business;
- Experience calling at C level or director level;
- Tenure both in the territory and with employers;
- Experience growing a territory;
- Above average presentation skills;
- Strong internal desire to succeed in a dynamic fast-growth industry;
- Previous experience selling storage hardware or software (tape libraries, storage devices or backup application software) preferred but not required.
Territory:
Direct sales to commercial enterprises, educational, non-profit, state and local government end-users across Florida.
Location:
Home officed in the territory. Candidates must live in Florida. Unfortunately, candidates not currently living in the territory cannot be considered. Ideal location is the Orlando Region. Would consider other major metro areas.
Territory Team:
You have the following team for support: An Order Admin to enter orders; an Inside Business Rep to provide sales and support on non-enterprise class products, OEM, Catalog & Crossover; and a Sales Engineer for pre-post sales support.
Education:
Prefer four year business or technical degree or military experience.
Travel:
This position is projected to have 60% travel per year, mostly within the territory. Some travel will be by plane.
Status:
Full Time, Direct Hire Exempt Position
Compensation:
Base + Commission + Bonus depending on experience
