Mitchell/Martin Inc. (MMI) has been a leading provider of Information Technology Consultants to the NY Tri-State area Fortune 500 community since 1984. As a result of recently being award several national accounts, we are currently staffing up our recruiting department to over 30+ resources. We are in need of senior level talent that has the desire and ability to train and mentor junior recruiters in the staffing business.

MMI is seeking experienced staffing professionals with agency side experience to join and help grow our IT consulting recruiting practice.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Experience mentoring or training junior staff

* Knowledge of full staffing lifecycle
