Claims Strategic Business Assessment Auditor - Wausau, WI, Cincinnati, OH, Westerville, OH or San Antonio, TX
Position Description:
Responsible for end-to-end business audits of claims and operations and recommendations for business process improvements. Diagnose risks associated with processes and recommend improvement opportunities during audits to remediate or mitigate risk. This position is also responsible for audit reporting and analysis to support continuous quality improvement. May assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of special projects or programs as needed as well as assist management with other audits outside of claims and operations

- HS Diploma or equivalent is required; a BA/BS is highly preferred.
- 3 or more years of Full Life Cycle Claims Processing Auditing experience is required.
- ICD-9, CPT coding and all other claims coding knowledge is required.
- 3 or more years of MS Office experience is required (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- MS Project, Visio and PowerPoint are highly preferred.
- Healthcare insurance experience is preferred.
- Project management experience is helpful.
- Written and Verbal communications skills are a must.
- Strong Team player is needed.
