Maintenance Supervisor A St. Louis manufacturing facility has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor. This position directs the Maintenance workforce in the safe and efficient repair and upkeep of plant equipment and facilities. Promotes workplace safety and the prevention of accidents and/ or injuries. Coordinates equipment and facility maintenance/ repairs to optimize production and minimize downtime. Provides daily supervision, coaching, training and technical support to the Maintenance workforce. Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures. The qualified candidate must have strong communication skills, both orally and in writing and must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent organizational skills are essential for this position. The qualified candidate must have Industrial Mechanical experience with Strong Electrical background. In addition, the qualified candidate must have a Technical Degree and one to three years Maintenance Supervisor experience. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits package.
