RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement and manage integrated global internal communication programs in order to engage, align and motivate employees toward high performance and delivery of Visa's business goals
- Responsible for intranet strategy and management working with Visa's web team as well as subject matter experts within the business
- Link intranet content to broader communications strategy
- Help execute effort to engage Visa's Senior Management Team and deliver communications cascade process to global employee base
- Lead development and delivery of employee communications linked to Visa's global Product and Marketing campaigns and initiatives, such as the Olympic Games and FIFA
- Develop and execute a channels management strategy
- Partner with Business and Corporate Relations colleagues on general corporate communications to employees
~ REQUIREMENTS
- 8-10 years of experience in progressively senior roles in employee communications
- Expertise in developing strategic employee communications planning and delivery
- Proven experience in development and management of intranet strategy
- Experience blending traditional communications tactics with new media
- International experience and awareness of the cultural context of communication in order to act as a global liaison with internal client groups
- Have leading edge intranet capabilities and knowledge, as well as an understanding of new media channels
- Proven expertise as a superb writer, editor, presenter and proofreader
- Superb communicator who is organized, collaborative, dynamic and ambitious
- Ability to provide high-level counsel to business leaders around the world
- Advanced project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities across the communications team
- Willingness to work in a collaborative and integrated fashion across the Corporate Relations team
- Thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing business environment
- Proven ability to develop programs that generate measurable results
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree in English, Journalism, or Organizational Behavior is preferred
