Collections Supervisor

Summary:

LBS Financial Credit Union is seeking an experienced Collection Supervisor with extensive experience in collecting auto loans, with an emphasis on handling an indirect loan portfolio. Prior experience in collecting boat, RV, and motorcycle loans a plus.

A successful candidate will possess demonstrated skill and experience in thoroughly analyzing past due accounts to determine quality of collection effort and the most efficient means to resolving the account.

A comprehensive understanding of all applicable state and federal rules and regulations concerning the collection of past due accounts is a must.

The ideal candidate will possess prior supervisory experience, managing and directing staff, in a collection environment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience collecting indirect auto loans an absolute must
  • Excellent customer service skills and a great work ethic
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong motivation and a drive to succeed
  • Experience with Akcelerant collection platform a plus
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus
