Training Program Administrator-Thomasville Job Responsibilities: Manages the training and human resource development for a division, institution or department. Manages the maintenance of training records, development and distribution of training reports and oversees the division's library and media resources. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in education, human resource development, nursing or a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of experience planning, developing, delivering or evaluating training programs or academic instruction, one year of which was as a supervisor or project leader OR Two years of experience at a level equivalent to the lower level (HRP032) Note: Some positions require licensure or certifications in the area of assignment. Must obtain the Advanced Level of MANDT certification by completion of new employee orientation and must maintain this certification as a term and condition of employment. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with information and communication technology (ICT) tools in Web-based training, including telemedicine.
Experience in managing staff development/training.
Experience with staff development software.
Experience in coordinating workshops that offer CEU's .
