My client is one of the top hospitals in the UAE with the future plan of building a state of the art 688 bed facility that will boast:

· Specialized trauma, orthopaedics and sports-medicine units

· Regional center of excellence in rehabilitation medicine

· 40 bed critical care unit

· First dedicated stroke unit in UAE

· High-tech cardiology unit

· Research and training center for healthcare professionals

We are currently recruiting Doctors (Consultants, Specialists & GP’s) in the following areas:

Neurology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Internal medicine, Infection Disease, Hematology, Nephrology, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Emergency, Behavioral sciences, Child health, Clinical laboratory services, Rehabilitation, ENT, Vascular surgery, General surgery, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Urology, Trauma surgery, Anesthesia/ICU, Radiology, Paeumology, Dentist and Family medicine.

Technical Benefits for Grade 1 & 2 (USD)

BENEFITS/ALLOWANCES – GRADE 1 (USD)

Salary

USD$6,800 – 13,600 PER MONTH depending on experience

(USD$81,600 – 163,200 PER ANNUM)

Housing Entitlement

USD$65,300 yearly for single/married if family inside the UAE

OR Housing Allowance

40% of base pay (up to USD$550) for single and if accommodation is not utilised

60% of base pay (up to USD$820) for married and if accommodation is not utilised

Transportation Allowance

USD$140 monthly of hospital transportation is not utilized

Water & Electricity Allowance

USD$270 monthly if not sharing or receiving the allowance

Education Allowance

USD$9,800 for children under 18 – if family inside the UAE

Furniture Allowance

USD$9,500 for single once during employment at Al Ain Hospital

USD$10,900 for married once during employment at Al Ain Hospital

Air Ticket Allowance

Business Class Allowance for employee, wife and up to 3 children less than 18 if family inside the UAE as following – Adult: USD$2,300; Child: USD$1,630; Infant: USD$230

Annual Leave

32 working days/ employees are not eligible for any kind of leave within the first 3 months of service

Luggage

USD$540 for each employee, spouse and 3 children under 18years old (male/female)

End of Service Award

One month salary for each of the first 3 years, one and a half month salary for any following year against the actual term of service with the facility

Medical / Emergency Coverage

Provided by the hospital as per HR policy (Daman Insurance)
