Store Managers

Co Manager and Assistant Manager and Sales Associate

Love Culture, a fashion retailer offering trendy fashions for the young women at affordable prices is currently looking for an outstanding store management and sales associates for one of our new stores.

With our dynamic people, high-growth business initiatives and brand new brands, it is truly a great time to be at our company.

The following opportunities are available at our Rookwood Mall in Cincinnati Ohio.

  • Management: Responsible for maximizing profit in the store, supervising a team of associates, overseeing sales, merchandise presentation and customer service within the store.
  • Visual Merchandiser: Responsible for the creation of visual direciton of the company, create compelling visuals in order to keep the store looking new and updateds.
  • Sales Associate: Provide a complete shopping experience for customers, including product knowledge, customer service, merchandising and maintenance.

*JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Management: 3 years of retail experience (2 being supervising), able to provide motivation and leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work tactfully in a fast paced environment.

Visual Merchandiser: 2-3 years of experience in Junior Apparel retail environment detail oriented, able to work flexible and extended hours.
