UnitedHealth Group has submitted a proposal in response to the TriCare Managed Care Support Contract Solicitation (also known as the "T-3 Solicitation"). TriCare is the health care program serving active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, retirees, their families, survivors and certain former spouses.

- Minimum 4 years business or systems analyst experience
- Minimum 1 year experience with SQL or other query tool
- Minimum 3 year of Information Technology related experience
Assets:
- Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience, preferred
- Relational database experience
- Reporting/ad hoc reporting is a plus
- Experience with Cognos or SAS reporting tools
- Experience with use cases and/or testing
- Experience with formal project documentation
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with SDLC
- Experience preparing and presenting JAD sessions
