FT RETAIL ASSOCIATES (Apply in person) Shifts will include some evening and weekend hours. *GROUP HOME ATTENDANT (Apply in person) Full-time position available. Responsible for providing direct care to group home residents and teaching them independent living skills. Per Iowa Code, qualified candidates must be 18 years of age, have HS Diploma/GED, and pass criminal and abuse background checks. *RETAIL COORDINATOR (Apply in person) Full-time position available. Responsible for assessing situations, making and carrying out remediation recommendations, assisting with store setup, coordinating training of store staff in operational responsibilities, and filling-in during store staff shortages. *GOODWILL UNIVERSITY COORDINATOR (Apply in person) Full-time position available. Responsible for coordinating and teaching Goodwill University curriculum to students enrolled in the program. Duties include the coordination, implementation and delivery of Goodwill University programming. Responsible for classroom training and coordination and oversight of hands on training in Goodwill work areas. Responsible for marketing Goodwill University to the community. Qualified applicants will possess a 4-year degree in Education, Social Worker or related field of study, two years experience in curriculum development and teaching, preferably working with people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Teaching certificate preferred.
