Established wealth-management office seeking experienced customer service rep.



      Professional Customer Service Rep needed for a very busy insurance and financial planning company with over 1000 clients.

      Duties to include:

      • Phoning for annual appointments
      • Maintaining data base and related client files
      • Software upgrades
      • All marketing duties including press releases, bi-monthly newsletter and client birthdays.

      Ideal candidate will:

      • Need outstanding computer skills
      • Be able to multi-task well
      • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

      Strong senses of organization and prioritization a plus!
