Marketing and Sales consists of jobs associated with the marketing and selling of products or services. In this role the chosen professional will:

This role requires an experienced marketing strategist with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience focused on airline customers and/or the aviation industry. Strong analytical abilities coupled with astute market assessment skils are an absolute must, along with database expertise and well rounded communication skills.

In order to be considered for this role candidates should possess demonstrated success in the following capacities:

- Analyze market trends to anticipate and help shape customer requirements; quantify and communicate the attributes of our products/services to meet customer needs and enhance customer acceptance.
- Influence development of key marketing communication strategies and messages.
- Identify potential partner relationships with others in the industry for use in recommendations to executive management.
- Participate in and lead project teams to innovative and successful completion of business case opportunities, including risk assessment, and contribute to the development of new job practices, techniques, process improvements, and standards.
- Evaluate and benchmark competitors' strategic direction, products and services, pricing strategies and core competencies through utilization of industry wide resources to achieve competitive advantage. Develop, maintain, and utilize competitor intelligence, databases, and competitor profiles.
- Exercise considerable latitude in evaluating customer needs and business strategies by utilizing analytical techniques and regular customer contacts. Use information to develop and maintain databases to filter, integrate, and disseminate industry information.
- Compile and interpret data from researches using information technology to support the business development and sales/marketing process. Research customer, company, technical, regulatory, and other market information using industry sources to support strategic planning, analysis, and business acquisition.
- Develop customized reports using complex data manipulation techniques. Identify and synthesize market environment trends to define and recommend the company's strategic direction. Prepare and present reports and analyses regarding strategic options.
- Assess the effects of external forces on the company's business posture. Quantify the value of products and services in the market place to estimate price while considering operating economics, competition, and future trends. Participate in identifying potential price points.
- Coordinate & conduct periodic reviews of Aftermarket business channels. Maintain and utilize strategy development tools, methods and techniques in solving complex problems in support of strategy formulation.
-Compile and shape analysis for executive management strategy, business development, and customer sales & marketing presentations.

Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 2-5 years related work experience with particular focus on airline customers and/or aviation industry..
