Full Time Food Service Supervisor -Johnny Rockets @ Six Flags New England

Job Summary: Oversee the daily operation of a designated area within the Food Service Department. This position is accountable for delivering a superior guest experience, while enforcing all park policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for opening and/or closing of designated area

· Oversee the daily operation of high volume restaurant in the park, including recruiting, training, scheduling, retention and discipline for 20-30 seasonal team members

· Reduce waste to better maximize profitability

· Complete daily ordering, inventory, and quality control

· Motivate and Discipline Team Members

· Enforcement of Six Flags New England cash handling over/short policies

· Perform in a team environment

· Provide excellent Guest Service

· Responsible for “on the job” training of seasonal Team Members

· Commitment to department and park standards, policies, and procedures

· Create weekly Team Member schedules

· Ensure that all scheduled labor is within budget

· Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

· Ability to make quick decisions

· Capable of working in a high volume, intense, and exciting work place

· Strong communication skills

· Willingness to learn and take certification courses

· College degree or working towards one in a related field

· Be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
