We currently have an excellent 1st shift opportunity available in our
Keene, NH facility. Quality Assurance Technician opportunity
Perform a wide range of complex inspection procedures following established statistical sampling tables, lot followers, component and assembly drawings and specifications in support of customers and suppliers, such as product evaluations.
Assist in the timely and effective processing of customer returned product. Use various precision measuring instruments and interpretation of data requiring advanced skills knowledge that can be used to support the product evaluation process.
Customer or Government Source Assistance, working with other associates and sometimes customers to solve problems.
Perform all documentation required or specified by customers, government and/or internal specifications.
Ability to write reports and sometimes formal, written responses to customers and suppliers.
Essential Functions:
1. Ability to read process sheets, gauges, computer printouts
2. Push buttons, turn knobs and levers.
3. Basic computer skills and knowledge, ability to do data entry.
4. High degree of accuracy.
5. Ability to use microscope, tweezers and a micrometer.
6. Perform training duties for component inspector trainees, Technician B's or for progression training.
7. Set up and perform measurements on Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM)
