Position Description : Functional Description: The Parking & Safety Solutions division of the TSG LOB needs to an intermediate developer to support primarily the Workflow Adjudication System and Imaging Worflow Processing System. Position requires extensive working knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic and Object Oriented design methodologies. Individual will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance and support of client server and Internet based systems using Java/J2EE, Visual Basic, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. Individual must also be able to investigate and apply new technologies Duties would include: ·ïSoftware design and/or development. ·ïWorks with detailed specifications from which programs will be written. ·ïApplication of configuration management procedures for changes to the software. ·ïParticipation in the development and preparation of documentation for, but not limited to, procedural, program and user documentation. ·ï Designs, develops, installs, implements, revises, documents and/or maintains databases, database dictionaries; monitors standards and procedures and integrates systems through database design and administration. ·ïWorks with users to ensure successful system implementation. Position Requirements (What skills and experience must they have?): ·ï1 to 3 years of experience with Java, J2EE, .Net, C#, Crystal Reports, Visual Basic, Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, Kofax Image Controls. ·ï1 to 3 years of experience with Imaging & Workflow Systems. ·ï1 to 3 years of experience with either Cannon, Bell & Howell or Kodak Scanners. ·ïExperience with Object Oriented Design concepts and methodologies. ·ïMust have excellent communication skills.
