| Position Description |
PUBLIC RELATIONS: US point of contact with VT Group in regard to Communications. Distribute all company-wide announcements. Assist in the development and implementation of a Crisis Communications Plan. Ensure consistency with strategy / branding / message. Coordinate activities of and serve as point of contact with external agencies, editorial team and other internal/external partners to implement corporate strategic marketing initiatives
MARKETING/COMMUNICATIONS Coordinate with multiple internal departments and third party groups to determine optimum communications messages, create, manage print production and fulfillment. Act as brand advocate by having strong familiarity with look, feel, voice and overall brand presence of VT Services. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and regulations in all communications and branding Facilitate brand integration for newly acquired businesses Assist with the roll-out of brand strategy launch elements Work with business units on review and approval of marketing materials; assist with brand training Partner with key constituents to assist in the ongoing development of marketing strategy. Assist in the development and administer comprehensive programs in the areas of: Marketing, Communications and Public Relations to effectively represent the company’s services. Attend and assist with key planning meetings. Coordinate design of and maintenance of websites – both internal and external. Edit, coordinate and write copy for company-wide newsletter and individual newsletters for current and future subsidiaries. Compile and maintain archive of images and press releases Coordinate design and production of all marketing collateral to include: Combined Capabilities Briefing Combined Capabilities Brochure Tradeshow Displays Company brochures and other collateral materials

| Position Requirements |
A minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in public relations, corporate communications and/or marketing administration within Government Contracting or related industry. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in web design and graphic design. High degree of proficiency in computer based publishing and graphics applications, to include desktop publishing programs such as Mircosoft Publish, Corel, Photoshop; web design software such as Flash and Dreamweaver, and presentation software such as PowerPoint and a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
