Formulation Scientist-Senior Scientist

Well known pharmaceutical company located in New York is seeking a Formulation Scientist-Senior Scientist who will be responsible to formulate new product or scale up technology transfer product in the timely manner. Write the product development report and other process protocols. Design and participate in the R&D experiment. Supervise and train R&D operators.

Formulate and scale up formulations.
Write product development report, protocols,master formulas.
Train operators/new hires and be the team leader.
Document all entries into appropriate log or batch record.
Involve in the troubleshooting and assist co-workers in Formulation and Production as required by supervisor.
Perform additional duties as required or requested.


The ideal candidate will have a MS degree in the pharmaceutical or related sciences with 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience. Strong background in the development of Solid dosage forms is required. Good computer and writing skills are required. Knowledge of ANDA filing is required.
