Collections Collections Representative CSI Leasing has an immediate position open for a Collection Representative. This position will be responsible for calling customers to collect payments due to CSI. Must have ability to research, analyze and determine a course of action to resolve and collect on past due accounts. Additional duties include special projects and some accounts receivable duties. Position requires 2-5 years of commercial collections experience. Must be assertive but professional, have excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to interact with customers and CSI employees at all levels. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word is helpful.
