Focuses primarily on the clinical direction and coordination of a patient care team to provide a full range of patient services.
Graduate of a school of nursing. Current California RN license. Must have a current American Heart Association BLS-C Healthcare Provider certification or equivalent. PICC Experience required. Minimum of six (6) months acute care experience. In depth knowledge of nursing process in assessment of physical and psychosocial, psychological needs of patients. Aware of adult learning principles in providing teaching of patients and families. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
