Sterling Regional MedCenter is a 36 bed acute care regional hospital serving northeastern Colorado with state-of-the-art technology and a team of outstanding professionals. Sterling Regional MedCenter is one of Logan County's largest employers with approximately 300 employees and more than 20 physicians representing 10 specialties. We are proud to provide a full range of experienced, compassionate health cares services to our community. We are currently seeking a RN House Sr Manager to join our team.

This position provides administrative supervision of campus workflow, resource utilization, and operations for all clinical and non-clinical departments during assigned shift. Responds to hospital emergency situations, initiates disaster notification processes, facilitates patient placement and communicates with media.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess a strong knowledge of nursing and/or healthcare operations as normally obtained through a bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, or related field.
Must possess a current RN license in state of practice (Colorado).

Requires ACLS and PALS certifications.
Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of the provision of clinical care as normally demonstrated through 3 years experience in an acute care setting.

Requires excellent, demonstrated verbal and written communication, negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills; high level and critical decision making ability; comprehension of law, policies, procedures, standards and practices.

Must be effective in matrix management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Unrestricted Colorado RN license is preferred.

Critical Care experience is a plus.
Leadership experience is desired.
