Come join our team! OMNISEC International Security Services, Inc., a subsidiary of OMNIPLEX, is seeking qualified applicants to fill upcoming openings for Executive Drivers in Arlington, VA.
Job Duties: The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Run motorcade routes in advance of operations and know locations of alternate routes, maintain security of Motorcade during operations and stay with the vehicle at all times during protective operations and in constant radio communication with Protective Detail Agent. Maintain and ensure vehicles are fueled and have received scheduled maintenance with dealerships. In addition: security patrols, access control, security related personnel escort duties, traffic, parking control, law and order duties, security and fire safety surveillance. Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen;
- Must be at least 21 years of age;
- Must have a H.S. Diploma/GED;
- Must have a valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record as determined by company/client;
- Must have three a (3) years of law enforcement, military and/or security (minimum 1 year of the 3 years armed) experience;
- Must know locations of alternate routes and locations of Trauma Centers and Safe Havens;
- Must be familiar with emergency exit locations at venues to ensure rapid departure in the event of an emergency;
- Must meet Protective Motorcade Operations training requirements;
- Must be able to pass employment physical;
- Must pass background investigation, including DMV, criminal and/or credit checks;
- Must possess or obtain certifications for CPR, First Aid, VA DCJS Armed Security Registration;
- Must be able to read, speak and understand English language fluently; and
- Must have intermediate written English skills, including ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms;
- Must have a current Top Secret U.S. Government Security clearance. Applicants will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
