Join our dedicated and talented team of individuals all focused on creating the best products in the marketplace. We currently have an opportunity in our Product Management Organization for an experienced Sr. Web Designer in our Glendale, CA offices.

We have a variety of Products in development that need your contribution as User Interface & Web/Graphic Designer. Are you comfortable creating user-interfaces and designs that adhere to stylistic, technical, and schedule specifications? Are you able to work on a variety of projects in a busy Product department, all the while maintaining overall company business goals? Do you understand user interaction on the web and mobile? Do you think about the user first, and know how to design clean and slick graphical concepts that don’t pose an obstacle between the users and their goals?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Report to Art Director
Work with HFE/IA team to improve user interface of company products.
Collaborate with other Web Designers on some projects to achieve the best results
Create conceptual designs adhering to YP.COM/AT&T Interactive >
Work with cross-functional teams in Web, Mobile, Data, and Marketing
Maintain understanding of project objectives in relation to overall business goals
Complete graphic and UI projects within tight deadlines
Continue to improve design skills and knowledge
Evangelize for consumer-driven UI/graphic design across various media.
Manage brand standards and corporate Identity

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

5 - 7 years of design experience in a fast-paced Internet environment
An associate's degree or its equivalent, Art degree a plus
Experience developing look and feel for large, high-visibility consumer websites.
Experience working on dynamic data-driven websites
Experience designing UI and graphics for mobile devices
Strong understanding of functional user-interface design, usability and accessibility
Expert skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Familiarity with Mac OS.
Solid team communications skills
Self-starter with excellent eye for detail
Experience with branding and maintaining brand consistency
Able to work multiple projects simultaneously against tight deadlines
Excellent organizational skills
