Emergency RM RN-Clinic
Qualifications: Current CA RN license and AHA BLS Certification. One (1) year recent (within the last three (3) years) full time equivalent experience in ED or successful completion of a KP or equivalent ED training program within prior 12 months. Current ACLS and PALS card required. Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: RN diploma, Associates degree or BSN. Experience or demonstrated clinical competence with age specific care from infant through geriatric populations. Skills proficiency in ABG and lab draws, IV insertions and EKG interpretation. If no experienced applicants apply, will consider for training course.
Notes: Works "Payday" weekends. May be required to rotate to 1 of the ICS's.
