Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred.
• Proficient with computers
• Must be able to pass criminal background check
• Full time, 40hrs/wk – evenings and rotating Saturdays

Skills/Experience:
• Proven ability to achieve assigned goals.
• Proven track record in call center, sales or collections.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated and structured environment
• Professional and empathetic telephone skills
• Demonstrate effective negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization skills
• Team-oriented personality
