Major Healthcare company is seeking an experience Training Manager to run the Field Training unit as well as in-house Trainers.

Job Responsibilites:

  • Oversee and manage the training department.
  • Deliver the new hire training program consisting of new hire orientation, product knowledge and selling skills workshops.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, management and leadership to the current team of Trainers and Sale Trainers. Recruit and train new Trainers.
  • Monitor all Trainers to always be updated with current Federal guidelines, as well as within Company, New York City and State Compliance/Regulation guidelines.
  • Provide sales leadership in classroom environment and deliver new hire orientation for the Sales department.

Bachelor's degree is required. Must have strong management and training experience.
