Sales Engineer - PR#159: Schaeffler Group U S A Inc.

Schaeffler Group USA Inc., a dynamic global automotive & industrial supplier, is seeking a Sales Engineer to support our Sales Team in the Northeast located in the Harrisburg, PA area. This position, will support industrial and automotive aftermarket sales including new business development and seeking new business opportunities with existing customers. In addition, this position is responsible for effectively communicating sales milestones, customer issues, and urgency issues within Company disciplines and will ensure the Company has a clear understanding of customer expectations.

Qualified candidates will have a four year engineering degree, BSME preferred with at least two years work experience in Design and/or Project Management, excellent systems aptitude (SAP experience a plus), strong work ethic with ability to work well under pressure, high initiative, and ability to handle multiple tasks. Must be a self motivator. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus. Must have strong Microsoft Office, verbal & written communication skills. Must also have a professional attitude exercising confidentiality as needed, demonstrated ability to work with appropriate sense of urgency and drive for results. Must be well organized with the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize appropriately.
