Our ideal candidate will have the ability to transform our staff from an inside sales function into an aggressive outbound selling team. Through constant evaluation of staff performance, training and coaching you will structure staffing and assignments to make maximum use of sales and support resources. Responsible for the recruitment, hiring and training of highly effective sales people to insure revenue goals for print and online are consistently achieved.
