Director of Business Development – Power Management
Responsibilities: We are looking for a high-caliber Director of Sales/Business Development with the primary focus being to drive our technology in strategic OEM customers, along with building, developing, & managing the sales team. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to prioritize among competing objectives, think strategically, & manage large accounts successfully. An essential requirement for this role is a successful track record of developing business with new technology along with managing strategic OEM accounts globally. The ideal candidate should also have experience in building/managing a team of highly motivated strategic account managers.
Requirements: BSEE is required, MSEE or MBA is desirable. We are looking for someone with global account management experience in the semiconductor industry (power semiconductors desired), with significant experience driving product promotion and long-term product & customer strategies within Tier-1 OEMs. Experience with driving customer adoption of sole-source & proprietary technologies is directly relevant to this role. Prior knowledge of power management technology is desirable. Up to 30% travel is expected.
