We seek an Account Manager working in the Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Delaware/Maryland area for our Banking Group. An Account Manager is responsible and accountable for sales, including development of the strategic initiatives that are required to grow and retain revenue streams of assigned clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

  • drive the overall account relationship and are responsible for meeting stated revenue objectives.
  • identify key trends and client needs and will leverage industry knowledge and applications to sell across assigned client base
  • be responsible for meeting a wide variety of the client's communication needs including that of data solutions and other types of professional services
  • team up with individual groups within Open Solutions to meet the client's commitment and satisfaction goals

To qualify as an Account Manager in our Banking Group, you must have:

  • a minimum of five years of financial information technology and industry expertise
  • working knowledge of banks and financial institutions
  • strong customer advocacy skills with client satisfaction being a “job one” philosophy
  • good organizational and presentation skills
  • experience in successful interactions with executive bank/financial institution management
  • excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • the ability to develop, coordinate and lead teams comprised of employees from various areas of the company
  • strong planning and project-management skills
