Job Description:

The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in the home care industry. This experienced nurse will have a passion to teach, evaluate care, and improve quality and outcomes. The Clinical Manager will work closely with the clinical field staff to ensure quality care, proper clinical management and case management. The Clinical Manager must have a demonstrated aptitude for customer service, communication and compassion for others. This position entails superior customer service for clients, building physician and referral sources and assisting families that call for help. We are looking for demonstrated initiative and leadership and value energy, enthusiasm, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure our clients get great service.

The Clinical Manager will learn all aspects of the Bayada Way under the guidance of the Director. We function as a team; therefore you will learn all office functions starting with administrative responsibilities such as data entry, customer service, and special projects. The ideal Clinical Manager will have the desire and ability to grow to Clinical Leadership role and/or Director. Bayada Nurses believes in a promote-from-within philosophy.
