EZPAWN is looking for individuals that have prior management experience, know what great customer service really means and a desire to learn a new trade. With these traits, we will train you to become an expert in our industry. This position is more than a job; it can be a long-term career with growth potential to higher-level positions. To be considered the following is required:

• Four or more years of management experience in a supervisory capacity
• P&L accountability very helpful
• Proved experience achieving performance goals and growing revenues.
• Able to motivate team members
• Strong delegation skills
• Proven ability to execute Company porgrams and ensure the location operates according to Company standards.
• Solid time-management skills
• Customer Service focused and understands what great service looks like!
• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn a profession
• Holds yourself to very high standards
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of key board and comfortable working with a computer
• Must pass drug test and criminal background check
