Electrical Engineer

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer III to work in our Boise, ID office in our Industrial Facilities Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and be a registered professional engineer. Responsibilities include performing as lead electrical engineer on multi-discipline industrial facilities engineering projects, developing detailed designs for medium and low voltage power systems (including specification, technical review and construction cost estimating) and developing engineering budgets and cost estimates. Candidate must also be able to demonstrate experience with electrical system studies and analysis, protective relaying and device coordination, industrial medium and low voltage electrical equipment and distribution systems, and have a thorough working knowledge of the NEC and IEEE. Successful candidate must have good written and oral communication and have the ability and desire to mentor less-experienced staff. Some travel is required.
