Title: Project Managers and Business Analysts with brokerage trade settlement system (Thomson BETA or SunGard Phase 3) experience
Project Locations: Minneapolis , MN and Charlotte , NC areas
FITS is looking for experienced project managers business analysts with brokerage settlement system implementation and/or conversion experience. Background should include:
- 8+ years of industry related professional experience (brokerage clearing svcs., investment banking mutual fund processing, etc.)
- Prior experience with Thomson BETA or SunGard Phase 3 systems as part of an implementation, system conversion or business operations support
- Motivated, self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- 4+ years Business Analyst experience
· business process modeling
· work flow analysis, gap analysis
· project planning
· gathering and documenting requirements
· effective organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills
· ability to communicate with different levels of management
· test planning and/or building test cases from business requirements
- Hands on proficiency with Visio, MS Project MS Office or other project planning/tracking tools
- Leadership qualities/capabilities
