Position Summary:

Our Scheduling Center Representatives play a vital role within the Aspen team. These agents are the first point of contact for our potential new patients within the organization. At this time we are seeking multiple candidates to work out of our Practice Support Center in East Syracuse , NY . Due to our continued growth throughout the country, there are full and part time positions available to those candidates who possess the determination to deliver the highest quality care to all of our patients.

Reporting to the Call Center Manager, this position may be cross-trained to support the “ Call Center ”, “Patient Services” and/or “Help Desk” functions. Averaging 100 calls per day for each Call Center Representative, we are looking for candidates that can maintain a high level of service for a high volume call center.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone inquiries from potential patients.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm new patient appointments.
  • Promote care and appointment opportunities to patients seeking care.
  • Monitor patient schedules for a selected group of offices.
  • Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager or Lead Center Rep.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Strong computing and keyboarding skills are required.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Marketing, sales, and/or telesales experience preferred.
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) skills highly preferred.
