The Sr. Functional Analyst is a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.


May perform one or more of the following:



  • Analyzes, plans and implements process improvement (such as Six Sigma initiative) needs.



  • Produces new process improvement techniques and services.



  • Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.



  • Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls.



  •  All other duties as assigned



 A minimum of 5yrs experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of related experience and education is preferable.
