District Manager - Tax Credit

Presently we have a position for a District Manager - Tax Credit in the St. Louis, MO market area. Ideal candidate should have experience with either large or multi-site communities. Portfolio consists of approximately 1000 units. Ideal candidate should be well versed in all tax credit rules and regulations. Should be a strong leader, excellent leadership and motivational ability. Have the ability to formulate strong effective and efficient teams on their communities. Candidate should have excellent computer and analytical skills - as well as the ability to communicate professionally (oral/written).
