Manager of Outpatient Mental Health Services -Paterson, NJ Location - Reporting to our Administrative Director of Behavioral Health, you will role model excellence, customer service, and professionalism, and ensure our Mental Health Clinic meets our patient care goals. The chosen leader will provide overall clinical and administrative direction, including fiscal management and the recruitment, selection, coaching and development of the staff. Major duties also include: oversight of the Ryan White Title 1 MH/HIV and Medication Monitoring programs; ensuring timely and accurate documentation; overseeing registration, insurance verification, and the posting of charges; and collaborating in the preparation/submission of regulatory reports and grant applications. To qualify, you will need a master’s degree in social work, current NJ LCSW license, OR a doctorate degree in psychology with current NJ license and ten years of progressively responsible experience in mental health. Excellent communication, mentoring, problem solving and clinical skills are needed, along with computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and graphic applications.
