We are currently looking for an experienced CHEF/DIRECTOR OF FOOD SERVICES.

CHEF/DIRECTOR OF FOOD SERVICES to provide an optimal dining experience each day. Planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Food Services Dept, its programs and activities. Adhere to state and departmental policies. Order food, supplies and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Prepare and plan departmental budget. Manage a staff of dedicated dietary personnel.

Requirements Culinary Degree, management experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, flexible schedule to accomodate longer hours when necessary to meet the needs of the community.
