Min. 4yrs Leadership skills with underwriting wholesale mortgages. Self-motivated w/ability to motivate staff, manage pipeline of 500-1000 loans/mo, Residential and commercial. Flexibility and expert communication skills a must. Strong ability to troubleshoot.
