JOB SUMMARY
Performs fitness assessments, develops exercise programs and orients clientele on proper use of equipment. Provides assistance to insure exercise safety.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, Adult Fitness, or related field OR certification from an accredited agency for Personal Training or Exercise Specialist.

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
None

REQUIRED LICENSE, REGISTRY OR CERTIFICATION
CPR required. Prefer ACSM-HFI or Ace personal Trainer Certification.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIRED
None

DESIRED OR PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITY
