Program Manager: Center for Disability Services

Supports the mission and goals of the agency by supervising a program and its functions, which include the oversight of regulatory compliance, consumer satisfaction, ensures communication with families, a positive community image and adherence to program budgets. Management position, which is responsible for the 24 hours a day, 7 days a week operational and supervisory needs of the staff and consumers of a Residence Program. Functions as the primary supervisor of all Direct care staff assigned to the program ensuring performance appraisal, adequate staffing ratios and integrated services are delivered to consumers with quality and excellence. Ensures the physical plant and related areas are operating well to meet the needs of individuals served. Responsible for maintaining personal allowance and other consumer finance records and ensuring that the program and consumers have their needs, wants and services provided to them in the highest quality and manner.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Valid NYS Drivers License required.

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Minimum of one year of related experience, specifically in human services.

Must be at least 18 years old and be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to apply for this position.
