Sales Associates must be at least 18 years old and able to perform the following duties:



  • Complete an extensive screening process for all applicants including reference checks, criminal background checks, drug screening, aptitude assessment, and skills assessment.
  • Greet and assist customers per Weigel’s standards.
  • Provide efficient service at register check out and responsible for maximizing sales and profits.
  • Maintain product on sales floor and stock room per Weigel’s standards.
  • Responsible and accountable for the facility as pertaining to its overall physical image, maintenance, equipment, inventory, cash & cash equivalencies.
  • Adheres to Company marketing & merchandising programs as well as to all Company Policies.
  • Perform general cleaning duties.
  • Responsible for verifying beginning and ending shift drawer; keeping cash drawer low; timely & accurate shift reports.
  • Perform job related duties as assigned by management.
  • Reflect Weigel’s image by interacting in a professional manner with customers, employees, vendors, Supervisor, and home office personnel.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Follow all schedules and personnel scheduling policies/procedures.
