Furmanite has one opening for a qualified Pressure Relief Valve Technician to join our team in Kapolei, Hawaii.

JOB SUMMARY:

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performing repairs of Manual Valves and Pressure Relief Devices in a manner to meet Furmanite’s expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Ensuring the customer’s policies and procedures for accomplishing the job are done in an efficient, correct and safe manner.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Works independently at remote client sites while running hot tapping and related industrial repair jobs.

Completes all required training and tests within company guidelines.

Completes customer and company job related forms and paperwork.

Understands and properly uses/maintains the necessary equipment regularly.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

High School Diploma is required and Trade School experience is a plus.

Work Experience:

3 years Industrial Services background with working experience or Military experience in Valve Repair.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

Work independently and assists other technicians in the field while performing company work.
