HP-UX Server Support Specialist

!! MULTIPLE OPENINGS AVAILABLE !!

Project Duration: 6+ months to ongoing
Project Location: Bentonville , Arkansas (Sorry NO telecommuting option NO relocation reimbursement)

Project Type: W-2 only (no 1099 or Corp to Corp)

PLEASE NOTE: With few exceptions these are night-shift or swing shift positions

DESCRIPTION:

The HP-UX Server Support Specialist will work in a team providing 24/7 customer support for a large company. This will involve expert-level troubleshooting of end user issues, providing good follow up and customer service, as well as preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Superb oral and written communication skills

· First rate customer service skills and attention to detail

· Senior level HPUX server administration and troubleshooting experience

· Past experience working with field technicians or end users over the phone to resolve hardware and software issues

· Linux is a big plus

**This position is available on a W-2 basis only; no 1099 or Corp to Corp.**
